All screens appearing on this site including graphics, text , site design, logos, images and icons, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Naxos Diving Center unless otherwise specified. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any other use of materials on this site, including reproductions, modification, distribution, re-transmission or publication of any copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited without the expressed written consent of the owner of Naxos Diving Center.
Medical and HealthWe are not qualified to give you advice on medical matters . Therefore, be sure to discuss with your doctor any issue regarding your health before scuba diving activities and follow doctor's advice.
Cancelling Your BookingIf you decide to cancel your reservation 60 days or more before your package commencement date then we will return your payment less the deposit and any bank charges incurred by us.
If you cancel your reservation any less than 60 days before your package commencement date then we retain the right to keep any payments in compensation for potential lost bookings.
Please inform us of any changes to your booking at the earliest opportunity.
Additional Terms for Naxos Diving Course Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation before day 1 of the course, then the above cancellation terms shall apply.
If you cancel your reservation on day 1 of the course, then you will be returned your payment by the course provider, less deposit and the cost of any materials used (including, but not limited to, the student manual).
If you cancel your reservation after day 1 of the course, we retain the right to keep any payments made.
Liability Release and Assumption of RiskNaxos Diving can not be held liable for and will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with scuba diving or as a result of acts or omissions of other third parties.
Diving requires a certification from a recognised dive agency such as PADI. It is your responsibility that you are suitably qualified, and provide proof of such qualification upon request, to participate in any scuba activities prior to you taking part. Such activities include all activities other than PADI Open Water Diver or Scuba Diver Course, or Discover Scuba Diving activities that allow participants to take part without a license.
Proof of CertificationNaxos Diving requests that you bring your certification card and up to date logbook with you. In the event that you have lost your certification card, please contact your certifying agency (SSI, PADI, NAUI, etc.) to ask for a replacement card. If they are unable to issue a replacement in time, please forward to Naxos Diving a copy of the confirmation correspondence from your agency.
